Product availability, size availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery estimates may change before an order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will help update or cancel the order.

Orders paid through GCash stay pending until manual verification is completed. COD orders are paid on delivery according to courier or store instructions.

Returns and exchanges are handled under the 7-day size and order concern policy. Items must be unworn, uncreased, and complete with original packaging unless the issue is caused by our fulfillment mistake.

Unauthorized account access, fraudulent orders, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass checkout rules may lead to order cancellation or account restriction.
